Refund Policy

The student application fee, accommodation fee and airport pick-up fee will only be refunded if the application is cancelled in writing, 10 days before arrival. All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee.

If cancellation is not advised within 10 days then no money is repayable on the application fee and airport pick-up fee.  Also one week’s accommodation fee will be forfeited to host family for inconvenience caused.

If airport pick-up has been booked and student fails to advise changes to flight arrival, then an additional fee of $100 will be charged per student.

Monies payable to agents from cancellation will be repaid within 14 businesses (working days).   Banking details need to be provided on cancellation notice.
