HOMESTAY DIRECT SERVICES REFUND POLICY

  • Placement fees are not refundable.
  • If an accommodation booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date then two weeks accommodation fee will be forfeited and paid to the host family to compensate for the cancelled booking.
  • If an airport booking is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the arrival date then the fee will not be refunded.
  • All cancellations must be emailed to Homestay Direct Services at: applications@homestaydirect.com.au

An Australian bank account must be provided to Homestay Direct Services for us to refund any monies.
